Iquitos is located in the north east of Peru in the province of Loretto. It has a population of 370,962 people. Iquitos can only be reached by boat or airplane. We can travel by boat from Yurimaguas (3 days) or Pucallpa (5 days) to Iquitos. We can visit the reserves of Pacaya Samiria or Allpahuayo Mishana. To reach these reserves, we travel on the Amazonas river.

We will enjoy the gastronomy, natural reserves, medicinal plants, trees and the flora and fauna of the jungle.

In the city of Iquitos, we will visit by boat the floating city of Belen. We will also visit the market of the healers. We will visit lakes around Iquitos. We will enjoy native food and drink.
